Hessig & Pohl is led by partners Rick Hessig and Martin Pohl, both graduates of the University of Louisville. Rick and Martin help people obtain maximum compensation, so they can receive the medical care and financial support they need to be able to reclaim their lives following a serious accident.
Rick Hessig
Rick was born in Louisville, KY. He graduated from Fairdale High School and the University of Louisville for Undergraduate and Law School. Along with being a well-known and respected Louisville attorney, Rick was a professional, private investigator for 20 years, with offices in 13 states. His combined legal training and investigative skills provide a unique advantage for our clients.
Martin Pohl
Martin grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his legal training at The University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, from which he graduated Cum Laude. As a former insurance agent, Martin has a unique inside perspective on how insurance companies operate. Martin has recovered millions of dollars from insurance companies and prides himself on helping people get what they deserve for their injury claim.
